Delete your HabitLog Pro account

HabitLog Pro (habitlogpro.com and the Android app com.habitlogpro.app) is operated by Mathieu Giguere, Quebec, Canada.

Delete it in the app

Sign in at habitlogpro.com or in the Android app.
Open Settings and scroll to Account.
Tap Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted right away. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Or ask us by email

If you can't sign in, write to support@habitlogpro.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted

Everything: your account (email address, name and Google sign-in link), your habits, every check-in and note, your reminders and phone notification subscriptions, your leaderboard entry and the AI apps you connected (their access ends at once). It is erased from our live database immediately.

What is kept, and for how long

Backups: copies of the database are kept for 30 days and then destroyed, so the deletion is complete within 30 days.
Server logs age out automatically.
Messages you sent us (email, or the app's Feedback button) stay in our support records; ask and we delete them too.

Delete some data without deleting your account

Change or clear a day's check-in: tap the day in the calendar.
Delete a habit: Settings → Archive next to the habit, then Delete in the archived list.
Turn reminders off: Settings → Notifications.
Leave the leaderboard: turn it off in Settings.
Disconnect an AI app: Settings → AI assistant → Disconnect.
Download everything first: Download my data, next to Delete my account.
